NEW CLIENTS
Scheduling Your Initial Appointment:
Since my work is quite different from a typical massage session, I encourage all new clients to have a phone conversation with me prior to their initial session.
INITIAL SESSION
The new client sessions are typically 70-75 minutes in length and include a thorough assessment, manual therapy treatment, time for us to discuss my findings and for us to form a personalized treatment plan.
FREE PHONE CONSULTATION
I offer free phone consultations to my clients and anyone who is new to working with me.
If you are seeking relief from pain, looking to rehab an old or new injury or want a partner in maintaining your health and wellbeing, I’d encourage you to call and talk to me about what you are experiencing. We can find the best therapy options for you.

RETURNING CLIENTS
Follow-up sessions are typically scheduled for 60 minutes. These sessions can be scheduled at the clinic, by phone, or online.
Occasionally I will recommend a session with a different duration of time such as a 30 or 90-minute session depending on what’s occurring and what might be most helpful. These special sessions can be scheduled at the office with me and are not usually available through the online system.

Note: A valid credit card is required when booking all appointments.
PAYMENT & INSURANCE
All major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted.
Payment is required at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made.
INSURANCE
I do not bill insurance, but I am happy to give you a statement summary that can be submitted by the client for reimbursement. Please note that most insurance companies require a diagnosis code and a referral for manual therapy. Both of which must be obtained from a licensed medical practitioner such as your doctor, Chiropractor, another licensed health care practitioner.
CANCELATION POLICY
Your appointment has been reserved exclusively for you. In the event you need to change or cancel your appointment, I do require that you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or changed inside that 48-hour window are subject to the full price of your session. Emergencies do occur and will be handled individually.
