My Practice
Santa Rosa Advanced Manual Therapy is a small, focused practice dedicated to thoughtful, individualized care. My work centers on careful assessment, attentive listening, and hands-on treatment that respects the body’s timing and intelligence.
If you’re curious whether this approach may be a good fit, I offer a brief complimentary phone consultation. This is simply a conversation—an opportunity to ask questions, share what’s been present for you, and see if working together feels aligned.

New Client Sessions
Your first visit includes time for discussion, assessment, and hands-on work. We’ll explore what’s been happening, what you’ve already tried, and what your body is currently asking for. This helps establish a clear starting point and a shared understanding of how to move forward.
Initial Session
70-75 minutes
Returning Client Sessions
Follow-up sessions build on previous work, responding to changes and refining the direction of care as needed.
Standard Sessions
60 minutes

Scheduling & Appointments
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. I aim to maintain a pace that allows each client to be fully present and unrushed. If you have questions about session length, frequency, or how this work may best support you, I’m happy to discuss options during your consultation.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Santa Rosa Advanced Manual Therapy is an out-of-network provider. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a detailed receipt if you wish to submit for potential reimbursement through your insurance plan or health savings account.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged. Sessions canceled within 48 hours may be billed in full, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
Life happens, and genuine emergencies are always handled with care and consideration.
A Final Note
Clarity is part of care. My intention is for every aspect of this practice—from the first conversation to each session itself—to feel respectful, transparent, and grounded.
If you’re unsure where to begin, please reach out. Even if we decide this work isn’t the right fit, I’m happy to help point you in a supportive direction.
